Walid Yehia is the General Manager of UAE and has been with Dell Technologies for over 15 years.

During his tenure with the company, he has built a remarkable record of success by growing new areas and sectors within the business. In his role as GM – UAE, Walid’s mission is to accelerate growth, by building strategic and trusted alliances with customers and partners to ensure that organizations in the UAE can drive their digital transformation agendas forward, to compete and grow successfully.
He also acts as senior counsel and strategic advisor to customers and teams, in the UAE, to support their IT and business transformation strategies. His leadership style is based on the key principles of equality, fairness, openness, and teamwork.

Prior to his role as UAE GM, Walid was leading Dell Technologies’ regional pre-sales business and oversaw Dell’s technical advisory services that enable businesses to maximize and optimize their technology investments.

He also has diverse experience within the technology sector, having managed multiple aspects of IT from business strategy, system integration and consulting services. Over the years, he has initiated and developed the go-to-market strategy for consulting services in line with the sales organization structure and requirements of Dell’s clients and global partners.
His in-depth knowledge of digital technologies has also earned him the recognition of being one of the company’s most well-renowned industry speakers. Walid is often seen speaking at events, on various topics related to IT and business transformation, delving into what organizations need to do, to develop agile and flexible technology infrastructure.
