Oskar Gross is the head of the Cybercrime Bureau at the National Criminal Police of Estonian Police and Border Guard Board. Before joining the police, he was a researcher and did his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Helsinki focusing on unsupervised natural language analysis. In the past, he has worked for software development and research companies.
