Lt. Colonel Dr. Al Kaabi is a seconded with security and military team as an advisor in Secretariat General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf from 2018 till now.  Furthermore, he is rooted in leadership and has long history in security and policing. He worked as section manager of information security and auditing in security information department in Abu Dhabi Police. Also, he held other position since he joined the police force.

Lt. Colonel Dr. Al Kaabi versed in security area because he invested his education and learning in his working life.  He got Ph.D. degree in information security from the United Kingdom in 2014.  From same place, he got master degree in Computer Security and Forensics in 2009.  Along with, he got Bachelor degree in Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science from Bangalore University in 2007.

In addition to this, he got the professional Diploma in Future Foresight and Digital innovation in November 2021.  This diploma has accomplishment in a standards of business model design, innovation, and new techniques for shaping the future.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Al Kaabi has built a base of accumulated knowledge and experience represented in the ability to analyze facts and predict the police and security future and the required readiness to combat future crimes.   He also led many technical and administrative projects in the police and security fields, which resulted in many qualitative results in combating crimes at all level.
