Ms. Krista Aas is the Deputy Director General in the field of Development at the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board since 2017.
Prior to this position she lead the National Criminal Police for 4 years and thus has a long-standing experience in fight against white-collar crime.
Before joining the police force in 2007 as the Head of the Criminal Police Department,  she was the Head of the Local Government Audit Department at the National Audit Office and held different legal positions at the Public Prosecutor´s Office.
