Dr. Kai H. Viehweger is based in Herisau, Switzerland and an expert in the detection of chemical threats using fluorescence suppressed Raman spectroscopy and robotics. Dr. Viehweger completed his doctorate at the University of Hamburg (DE) in analytical marine chemistry in 1995. Since 1996 Dr. Viehweger is with the Metrohm AG in Herisau (CH), initially in marketing, then as product manager ion chromatography. Since 2010 member of the executive board responsible for global sales and with the beginning of 2018 for business development and designated to defense & security.
